The 4th Industrial Revolution project, in collaboration with the I4byDesign Competence Center, is organizing the 1st Webinar focused on the topic “I4byDesign Competence Center: Leading the Digital Transformation of Industrial SMEs”. In addition to increasing public awareness of the 4th Industrial Revolution project, the webinar aims to facilitate learning, knowledge exchange and promote upskilling opportunities among SMEs along the Bulgarian-Greek border.
The webinar is an opportunity to learn more about the I4byDesign Competence Center, a cluster of 22 Greek companies and the leading research institute in Greece, CERTH. I4byDesign’s vision is to combine the know-how, experience, and technological expertise of its members on Industry 4.0 and Logistics 4.0, to guide companies toward their digital transformation, the adoption of circular economy strategies, and the optimization of their supply chain. The mission of the I4byDesign Competence Center is to accelerate the process of digital and technological transformation of domestic and international manufacturing companies, with an emphasis on SMEs. In the second part of the webinar, we will introduce existing additive manufacturing solutions using 3D scanning, 3D printing, and Direct Digital Industrial Manufacturing technologies.
